Rev. Bill Clark: Interim Pastor
Bill attended the University of Alabama, where he studied accounting. It was during his time in college, that the Lord used a Campus Crusade staff member to bring Bill to saving faith in Jesus Christ. He later helped found the InterVarsity Christian Fellowship chapter at the University, and became its first president.
Bill served four years in the U. S. Army as a Quartermaster at Fort Carson, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. During his time in the Army, Bill began to feel led to pursue the Gospel ministry, and enrolled first at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary near Boston, Massachusetts. After two years, he transferred to Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis, Missouri, because he wanted to pursue ministry in the Presbyterian Church in America.
Bill has served churches in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, Carbondale, Illinois, Malvern Hills PCA in Asheville, North Carolina, and Covenant Reformed Presbyterian Church in Asheville, NC
He and his wife, Cecelia, met at a singles Bible study at Trinity Presbyterian Church in Montgomery, Alabama, and were married in 1983. They have three boys, Andrew, Joshua, and Daniel.
Rev. Lucas Dourado: RUF-UConn Minister
Lucas has served as campus minister with RUF at UConn since the Fall of 2011. He is an ordained Presbyterian (PCA) minister. He grew up in New Jersey and is a graduate of Wake Forest University (’06) and Covenant Theological Seminary (’11).
Having been involved in RUF while in college and having served as a ministry intern after college, RUF has been a huge part of his life since he was first introduced to it. Lucas married his beautiful wife Maggie in March 2012. She is from South Carolina and was also very involved in RUF in college. When on campus, Lucas can be found meeting with students, leading small groups, studying and teaching. When away from campus, he spends time enjoying music, sports, books, and the beautiful scenery of Northeastern Connecticut.
Lucas and Maggie have two children: Margot and Asher.

Dr. Brad D. Evans: Pastor Emeritus
Brad Evans faithfully served as pastor of the Presbyterian Church of Coventry for nearly 38 years. He preached his first sermon as Pastor at PCC on Easter Sunday 1980. Prior to PCC, Brad served as Assistant Pastor at Calvary Presbyterian Church in Willow Grove, PA. Brad was born in Grove City, PA and grew up in Erie, PA. His undergraduate degree is in speech communication from Pennsylvania State University where he met his wife of 40 years Patsy (Wheatley) Evans. Brad has a Masters of Divinity from Westminster Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry from Covenant Seminary. He has served as moderator of both the Northeast and Southern New England Presbyteries (PCA). Brad participated in a pulpit exchange in Scotland in 1995 and has trained pastors and laymen in Manipur India. Brad and Patsy have two grown children: Rev. Brent Evans, and Megan Hill who serves with her husband Rev. Rob Hill.
